Sensei Rutten’s Corner man drill This is a training tip aswell as a humble site suggestion to review this amazing drill in a future video. I used to fire up each and every class with 5 minutes of this drill going 30 / 30sec with a partner and had some amazing results with all of my groups. I’ve found this a great tool to help develop some good habits by: -Suppressing flinching as well as ”panic” reactions -Developing reaction times of parries – which could be utilized as a massive foundation to become a master counter puncher -Counters can be added and incorpirated to the drill as you advance Osu!

Nice! Sounds like a great one! I use a similar drill I got from Erik Paulson but instead of parries it’s covers and blocks. Great idea! OSU

I think I know what drill you're referring to, also a great one! We used to go every other punch block/cover hence the name "ping pong" drill (not sure if that's the universal name for it). Osu!
