Hi all, my name is Gianluca, I've finished watching the 4th week training. Videos are very well done. I can understand the technics in a good way. I have a question concerning the warm up to do before the technical training session. Could you suggest me some kind of exercises to perform ? Thanks Gianluca

Hi Gianluca. You can start by skipping rope. You could download a Timer app on your phone, I use one called Seconds and they have a free version. Here is a basic warm up we do at BANG Muay Thai ATX 3 min Round w/ :30 "Rest" Round 1 3:00 - Jump Rope (steady pace, hop on one leg, footwork, etc) 0:30 - Speed Rope (High Knees, Double unders) Round 2 3:00 - Jump Rope (steady pace, hop on one leg, footwork, etc) 0:30 - Speed Rope (High Knees, Double unders) Round 3 3:00 - 5 Reps of Each for time... -5 Jump Knees to Chest -5 Squat -5 Pushup -5 Situp You should be nice 'n warm after that :D
